The Braves faced off against pitcher J. Luzardo who started strong. Acuña Jr. grounded out to first off a swift four-seam fastball at 96 mph. Albies lifted a fly ball to left field but was caught, followed by Riley who also flied out to center field. A quick three-and-out with no runs, no hits, and no errors for the Braves.

Bottom of the First

C. Morton took the mound for the Braves and started with authority. Arraez was set down with a fly out to left, Bell grounded out smoothly to first, and Burger was out on a ground ball to the shortstop. The Marlins matched the Braves with a scoreless inning, with no runs, no hits, and no errors.

Top of the Second

The Braves came back to bat, eager to make a mark. Olson opened with a single to right. Ozuna then singled to center, advancing Olson to third. Duvall's sacrifice fly to left field allowed Olson to tag up and score the first run, with Ozuna taking second base. Arcia grounded out to shortstop and Harris II concluded the inning with a strikeout swinging. The Braves tallied one run on two hits with no errors.

Bottom of the Second

The Marlins responded swiftly. Chisholm Jr. struck out swinging, but De La Cruz electrified the crowd with a towering 417-foot home run to left center. J. Sánchez also struck out swinging, and Gordon flied out to center, but the Marlins evened the score with one run on one hit, with no errors.

Top of the Third

Back to the Braves, who were ready to push ahead. Tromp struck out swinging, but Acuña Jr. worked a walk and then stole second base with agility. Albies reached on an infield single, and a throwing error by third baseman Burger allowed Acuña Jr. to dash home. Riley struck out swinging, but Albies seized the opportunity to steal second base and then scored when Olson singled to left field. Ozuna grounded out to shortstop, concluding the inning with two runs scored on two hits and one error by the Marlins.

Bottom of the Third

The Marlins came up to bat but faced a determined Morton. Bruján was caught looking at strike three, Fortes struck out swinging, and Arraez could only foul out to third. No runs, no hits, and no errors for the Marlins.

Top of the Fourth

Determined to extend their lead, the Braves stepped up. Duvall crushed a home run 415 feet to center. Arcia flied out to left, but Harris II kept the momentum with a double to center. Tromp swung and missed for another strikeout, but Acuña Jr. refused to slow down, singling to center, driving in Harris II, and taking second base on the throw. Albies grounded out to shortstop, yet the Braves managed to add two more runs on three hits without any errors.

Bottom of the Fourth

The Marlins weren’t backing down. Bell doubled to left, and Rivera struck out swinging. Chisholm Jr. followed with a double to right, bringing Bell home. De La Cruz singled to center to score Chisholm Jr. J. Sánchez grounded into a fielder's choice with De La Cruz out at second, and Gordon struck out looking. A productive inning for the Marlins resulted in two runs on three hits, with no errors committed.

Top of the Fifth

With the game heating up, the Braves’ top hitters faced off against Luzardo. Riley, Olson, and Ozuna each took to the sky, but all were caught, resulting in flyouts to center and left and a foul out to the catcher. The Braves were held scoreless with no hits and no errors.

Bottom of the Fifth

The Marlins aimed to keep the pressure on. Bruján doubled to left, Fortes singled to center, and Bruján moved to third. Arraez grounded into a double play, but it allowed Bruján to score. Bell, however, couldn’t capitalize and struck out swinging. The Marlins managed to score one run on two hits, with no errors.

Top of the Sixth

The Braves faced pitcher S. Sanchez this time around. Duvall was hit by a pitch and took first. Arcia walked, but Harris II struck out swinging. Tromp grounded into a double play, putting an end to a potentially promising inning. No runs, no hits, no errors for the Braves.

Bottom of the Sixth

Morton continued on the mound for the Braves. Rivera walked, Chisholm Jr. struck out looking, but De La Cruz grounded out to third, advancing Rivera to second. J. Sánchez singled to center to drive in Rivera. D. Lee came in to pitch for ATL and was greeted by a Gordon home run to right, bringing in J. Sánchez. Bruján walked, but Fortes grounded into a fielder's choice to third, ending the inning with three runs on two hits and no errors.

Top of the Seventh

The Braves now faced A. Bender. Acuña Jr. grounded out to second, Albies flied out to right, but Riley and Olson both singled. Ozuna doubled to left to score Riley, but Olson stayed at third. Duvall struck out swinging to end the inning with one run on three hits and no errors.

Bottom of the Seventh

J. Jimenez took over pitching duties for the Braves. Arraez singled to center, but Bell struck out swinging and Rivera flied out to center. Chisholm Jr. also struck out swinging, resulting in no runs on one hit and no errors.

Top of the Eight

A. Nardi was on the mound for the Marlins. The Braves’ Arcia and Harris II both struck out swinging, and d'Arnaud also struck out after hitting for Tromp. No runs, no hits, and no errors for the Braves.

Bottom of the Eight

With A.J. Minter pitching for ATL and d'Arnaud now catching, the Marlins' De La Cruz, J. Sánchez, and Gordon all struck out swinging, leaving them scoreless with no runs, no hits, and no errors.

Top of the Ninth

T. Scott was pitching for the Marlins. Acuña Jr. singled to left, but Albies and Riley couldn’t advance him, striking out and lining out respectively. Olson walked, setting the stage for Ozuna who, an 0-2 pitch with two outs, launched a home run to left center, driving in three runs and giving the Braves an incredible comeback and two run lead.

Bottom of the Ninth

Closer R. Iglesias stepped onto the mound for the Braves and closed it out without major drama. Anderson, Fortes, and Arraez each fell in order, striking out, flying out, and grounding out respectively. The Marlins ended the inning with no runs, no hits, and no errors, concluding the eventful game.
